Chautauqua Institution, located in western New York State and founded in 1874, annually offers courses in a variety of topics and has been described as "a thriving community where visitors come to find intellectual & spiritual growth and renewal." Franklin D. Roosevelt & Ronald Reagan delivered speeches, and George Gershwin composed his Concerto in "F" at Chautauqua. Attorney Alpern has been invited to teach a course at Chautauqua again this summer. Mr. Alpern will lecture from July 28th through Aug. 1, 2008. The topic of his discussion: "Will the Inheritance You Leave Be a Blessing or a Curse for Your Heirs?" (Please note the time of day may not be correct.)
